Ongoing Digital Partner
A selective post-launch relationship for existing clients who need a consistent partner after the first project—not an open-ended general retainer.
Who it is for
This is available to existing clients after an initial website, prototype, or rescue engagement. It is for operators who have already seen the cost of disconnected work and want one experienced partner to keep the digital side of the business coherent—without assembling a fragmented vendor list.
When this is the right engagement
- The first project is done, and now the site or product needs steady improvement.
- You do not need a full-time hire, but you do need senior judgment on demand.
- Campaigns, content, and product changes keep colliding with an inconsistent system.
- You want fewer handoffs and a partner who already understands the business.
What you receive
- A reserved monthly capacity for design, development, and product thinking
- A shared backlog and clear priorities
- Ongoing improvements to the website, brand system, or digital product
- Advice on what is worth doing next—and what can wait
What is not included
A partnership is not an unlimited request queue, a replacement for a full internal team, or a guarantee of large new product builds inside the monthly cadence. Major new initiatives are scoped as distinct projects when they exceed the reserved capacity.
Timeline
Partnerships are monthly and work best after an initial project or Clarity & Scope Session, so the problem and the system are already understood.
Investment
We set capacity around the actual backlog rather than a generic retainer package. If a lighter rescue or a defined project is the better fit, I will recommend that instead.
Monthly partnerships are scoped to the work required.
Process
We keep a living view of the business objective, the current experience, and the next useful improvements. Work moves in focused increments. The original goal stays visible, even as requests arrive from different parts of the organization.
