Digital Experience Rescue

For businesses that don’t need to start over but know something isn’t working.

Who it is for

Businesses with an existing website or digital product that is close enough to keep, but far enough from useful that it is costing inquiries, confidence, or time. You want diagnosis and targeted improvement—not a rebuild for its own sake.

When this is the right engagement

  • The site looks acceptable, but people still don’t inquire, buy, or understand the offer.
  • You have been making small changes without a clear priority.
  • Brand, messaging, and technology feel disconnected.
  • You need an honest assessment before spending more.

What you receive

  • Website and user-experience audit
  • Messaging and conversion review
  • Technical assessment
  • Prioritized recommendations
  • Targeted design and development improvements

What is not included

A rescue is not a full rebrand or a new product. If the audit shows that the current foundation cannot support the business, I will recommend a transformation instead of spending effort on a site that should be replaced.

Timeline

Most rescue engagements take two to four weeks for assessment and a first set of improvements. Larger implementation work, if needed, is scoped separately once priorities are clear.

Investment

The starting point covers diagnosis and a focused set of improvements. If the work expands into a larger rebuild, that becomes a different engagement with a different investment.

Engagements begin at $1,500.

Process

I examine the current experience against the business objective, identify the friction that actually matters, and implement the highest-value changes first. The goal is progress you can feel, not a long report that sits unused.
