Idea-to-Prototype Sprint

For founders and organizations that need to transform an application or digital-product idea into something clear, testable, and real.

Who it is for

Founders, operators, and teams who have an idea with real business potential but do not yet have a clear experience, a defensible feature set, or something they can put in front of users, partners, or stakeholders.

When this is the right engagement

  • You can describe the outcome you want, but not the product that should produce it.
  • The idea has been discussed internally for months without becoming concrete.
  • You need a prototype before committing to a full build.
  • You suspect the first version is trying to do too much.

What you receive

  • Discovery and problem definition
  • Audience and user-flow planning
  • Feature prioritization
  • Interface design
  • Interactive or working prototype
  • Technical recommendations and a next-step roadmap

What is not included

This sprint does not include a fully production-hardened application, ongoing engineering staff, app-store publishing as a default, or marketing launch campaigns. The point is to make the idea clear and testable before those investments.

Timeline

Most sprints take three to six weeks, depending on how defined the idea already is and whether the prototype needs to be interactive, clickable, or working software.

Investment

If the idea does not need a prototype—if it needs a website, a simpler workflow, or more thinking before any build—I will recommend that instead.

Projects typically begin at $5,000.

Process

We start with the business problem, not the feature list. I reframe the request around the moment of need, design the experience, and build a prototype that can be evaluated. The roadmap at the end is about what is worth building next, and what can wait.
